Our free tier offers daily access to contextual autocomplete and in-browser chatbot. These features are limited in our free tier. Free tier limits are dynamic and dependent on load on our servers; we will let you know once you are nearing your limits, after which we may slow down your requests or stop functioning for a cooloff period. Typically the cooloff period can last up to the following day.
Currently Ventrilo.ai only works in the Chrome web browser on personal computers. We’d love to hear from you about your use cases for other platforms, please reach out to support@ventrilo.ai or join our discussion forum.
The AI model landscape is evolving quickly and we strive to bring the latest models to our Plus users soon after they are generally available. As of April 2025, our premium models include GPT-4o, Claude 3.7, and Gemini 2.0 Flash. Premium models are subject to change.
In our Plus plan, users have expanded limits that allow for generous usage. Most users will not hit these limits for everyday usage. However to prevent abuse and manage costs, we may throttle usage after hitting these limits, or enforce a cool off period.
No, we do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising purposes. We collect your personal data to provide our services and improve your experience. See our Privacy Policy to learn more.
We take the security of your data very seriously. All of your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Automatically collected data is stored temporarily, and expires once you close your browser session, within 7 days (and usually much faster, within an hour). We maintain a SOC 2 certification and follow strict security controls designed to keep your information safe.
